Return Policy

When it comes to hand made item/ personalize item, the production will involve a lot of complicating process which includes Design, Melting, Shaping, Engraving, Polishing and Electroplating. Therefore, a single mistake could consume a lot of time and money. We will protect your rights for 30 days after you receive the product:

Cancellation Policy

  • If there are any changes to your order (for example: name, color or size), we will be happy to help you revise it as long as the production process has not started. We will begin processing your order within 24 hours of its creation using the details provided in "Order". If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will give you a 100% refund.
  • Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation until the product is made will be eligible for a partial refund, including full shipping and 80% of the product purchase price.
  • Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
  • If your order is eligible for a refund, we will arrange for a refund within one business day of your request to cancel your order.

Refund Policy

Once production has begin, cancellation that is made will subject to 30% restocking fee, based on item’s price. This means that we will only refund you partially, giving you back the 70% of the payment made. The reason is because the item is made to order, it can no longer resold as new. Restocking fee often includes raw material used, human cost and handling fee.

If you had ordered but didn’t provide any information such as “Name” at the “Order Note” We will hold your order until we are further notified on what to do. If you wish to cancel at this time, we will give you 100% refund since we haven’t begin the production yet.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Refunds will be paid within two working days after the buyer and seller are negotiated or the platform makes a final determination.

If your original payment method was a credit card, the bank will take longer to process the refund (may take 1-2 weeks, depending on the credit card company)


We Do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order does not meet with your expectation due to factors within your control (e.g. sending wrong product information to seller due to typo error, select wrong font, choosing wrong size and metal color)
  • The product has been damaged by improper handling or maintenance.
  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (providing wrong recipient’s name, wrong address, etc)
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. order delayed by shipping company, delayed by a natural disaster, item not cleared by customs).
  • All the non-quality problems of customized item are not refundable (Rough Handling Delicate Item upon receive the parcel)

The party responsible for the transportation cost

Situations where Remigift is responsible for return shipping:

  • We sent the wrong order or item.
  • The product you received was not of good quality/defective.
Situations where Remigift is not responsible for return shipping:
  • You have selected the wrong product size.
  • Personal reasons, you have changed your mind etc.

Exchange & Return

If you have an issue upon receiving the goods (faulty or damaged), kindly snap pictures of damaged goods and submit a support ticket to Customer Care for us to follow up with your case. Please contact us within 7 Business days of receiving the parcel. Failing to respond or provide information required within the time period will be treated as item received in good condition.

We will not be responsible to any Mishandling/ Man Made Accident of the item you bought.

Step 1: Please send an email to our customer service at service@remigift.com to request an exchange / return.
Step 2: After receiving your exchange / return request, our customer service representative will email you the exchange / return instructions and exchange / return address. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange / return. We would be happy if you could provide us with some photos as a refund voucher.
Step 3: Get a refund or an exchange order processed within a week after we receive your package. We'll email you once your refund or exchange has been processed.

Notes: Please do not return the product directly to the address the order was shipped from before contacting us.
