All personalised items are made-to-order. Processing time differs from product to product. Our engraved or personalized orders may take 3-7 days. During peak holiday and promotional periods order processing times may be longer.

Note: Choosing expedited shipping will only shorten the shipping time, but will not shorten the processing time (or production time)

Tracking An Order
You'll receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has been shipped. It will include your order’s tracking number and a direct link to your carrier's package-tracking site. This email will provide you with your order ID to track your item as it makes its way to you, as well as the date your order was shipped. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us because of an address issue, you will be charged for reshipping costs. If you require a refund, please note that personalized items have a 30% restocking fee
